ISO 37001 is an international standard that helps organizations of all sizes and types to establish a management system that detects, addresses and prevents abuses by adopting an anti-bribery compliance program.

The standard includes a series of measures and controls that represent global anti-bribery good practice.

Having earned ISO 37001 certification in December 2019, Genuone Sciences is dedicated to maintaining its culture of integrity, as overseen by Legal & Compliance Office.

The 8 Principles of Our Fair Trade Compliance Program

    Create and implement Compliance Program standards and procedures We build necessary standards and procedures for employees to clearly recognize and implement relevant laws and regulations, such as fair trade related to work.

    Management commits to voluntary compliance We pledge that the CEO will willingly comply with fair trade laws and regulations and communicate those laws to all employees via internal communications channels.

    Designate an operating Compliance Manager We appoint a Compliance Officer, notifying all employees about the appointment.

    Create and distribute a voluntary compliance manual We produce a Compliance Handbook, prepared by the Compliance Officer, that is distributed to educate all employees in appropriate positions about fair trade regulations and laws and the potential for violations.

    Operate training programs We provide regular training programs, including online video, that are designed to educate all employees in appropriate positions about fair trade regulations and laws and the potential for violations

    Create a monitoring system We build a Compliance Program monitoring system and report the results and plans for supervision and audits for potential unfair trade practices to the board of directors or top management.

    Hold accountable employees who violate fair trade laws and regulations We prepare clearly defined policies that impose sanctions commensurate with degree on employees who abuse fair trade laws or regulations.

    Evaluation of effectiveness and improvement measures We take an action accordingly to operate Compliance Program effectively by regular inspection, evaluation and so on for Compliance Program standards, procedures, operations.
