GENUONE Helpline

To achieve our goal of a SPEAK UP corporate culture, the GENUONE Helpline is a dedicated channel that allows any employee or external party to directly report potential unfair or illegal acts, dishonesty, corruption or other irregularities. Details of these reports and the identity of informants will be totally protected and confidential.
Examples of
Acts to Report
  • Bribery, monetary or other self-interest transactions with business partners
  • Undue advantage given to business partners or unfair benefits given to related parties
  • Embezzlement of company funds, improper use or abuse of company assets
  • Violation of accounting laws and regulations or violations of accounting standards
  • Unfair trade practices
  • Various other illegal, corrupt or dishonest practices

Confidentiality
  • We will strictly protect the identity of every informant as well as the confidentiality of information reported. Informants will never suffer any setback or disadvantage owing to their reports.
  • In addition to shielding the informant, we will equally protect anyone who cooperates, makes statements or provides data in the process of fact-checking the report.
